Welcome to HOLEWA DANIEL. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Provided

HOLEWA DANIEL provides technical film and television production services, including but not limited to:

  • Pre-production planning and equipment preparation
  • Equipment setup and operation
  • Post-production and refinement of filmed material
  • Consultation and project management

2. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about your project requirements
  • Make timely payments according to the agreed schedule
  • Provide necessary access to locations and resources for project execution
  • Obtain all necessary permissions and releases for content production

3. Pricing and Payment

All services are priced in Euros (€). Payment terms are as follows:

  • A 50% deposit is required to begin work on any project
  • The remaining balance is due upon project completion
  • Payment is accepted via bank transfer or other agreed-upon methods
  • Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in the project agreement

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Clients retain ownership of their original content and materials
  • HOLEWA DANIEL retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio
  • All production techniques, workflows, and proprietary methods remain the intellectual property of HOLEWA DANIEL

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation terms are as follows:

  • Cancellations made more than 14 days before the project start date receive a full refund of any deposit
  • Cancellations made 7-14 days before the project start date receive a 50% refund of the deposit
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the project start date are non-refundable
  • Projects terminated after work has begun are subject to payment for completed work

6. Limitation of Liability

HOLEWA DANIEL's liability is limited to the value of the services provided. We are not liable for:

  • Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control
  • Client-provided materials that are unsuitable for production
  • Changes in project scope requested after work has begun

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Toulouse.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
